Washington Post Broken Records That Bear Repeating: "It is hard to quantify a country's zeal for Guinness fame, although a comparison of Peru's entries with those of its neighbors shows it to be the clear winner. Excluding feats achieved in organized sporting events, Peru has two entries for 'human achievement' to zero for Colombia, Chile and Ecuador.
